Best meal of the day is breakfast full of nutrition good fat, protein & carbs

Avocado egg toast = 1 serving

1 slice whole meal toast 

¼ avocado

1 chopped hardboiled egg

½ tsp hot sauce (optional) 

½ tsp lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped celery 

 

Method: 

 

Mash avocado with celery, lemon juice, hot sauce and salt in a small bowl. Mix in hard-boiled egg. Spread on toast.
